We are a hard working CAD PCB layout design bureau employing high-performance PCB schematic and CAD layout software with design verification, validation, formal release and re-use capabilities.
Our experienced printed circuit board design CAD technicians do more than simply design the artwork for your PCB. The ability to look beyond a basic PCB layout service is an essential part of our team ethic. We integrate mechanical, enclosure, and front panel design into the PCB CAD design process, assisted by 3D visualization software yielding significant efficiency savings for our clients.
We design PCB CAD layout solutions that are used by electronic designers and engineers to create electronic systems for any manner of applications within academic, entertainment, defence, automotive, aerospace, medical and energy markets.
We integrate CAD layout design with prototype PCB production, component procurement, assembly and volume production. We undertake PCB CAD layout technology requirements such as surface mount, single, double sided and multi layer technology. We accept popular net-list formats and use market leading CAD layout software. Our delivery turnaround ranges from 24 hours upwards.
With decades of experience in circuit design and prototype PCB CAD layout, our CAD engineers have made their careers in this field, and we have established a reputation as one of the most reliable PCB design bureaus in the UK. Our design bureau employs innovative and cost effective CAD layout design technology that allows us to provide an exceptional service for our clients.
Many of our clients are repeat customers who use our PCB CAD layout and design services time and time again. This is because through decades of reliable service, we are seen as one of the most technically knowledgeable and trustworthy PCB CAD specialists in the electronics industry.
A common problem is a populated single or double sided PCB where design information such as a schematic diagram, detailed Bill of Materials, or PCB gerber data has been lost. We may be able to reverse engineer manufacturing data from a sample and provide all the necessary files such as Schematics, Gerber and Parts Lists to permit re-manufacture. Should we find that key components have become obsolete our development engineers can suggest replacements. The practicality of all this depends on the complexity of the assembly which can only be judged after our physical examination of a sample.
