Customer’s requirements for prototypes come in all shapes and sizes. We produce any quantity from 1 piece upwards in delivery times as fast as humanly possible. Layer counts from 1 to 24 layers are available.

Finishes include leaded and lead-free HASL, immersion gold over electroless nickel or immersion silver.  We offer peelable resists and carbon ink. Solder resists are usually green photo imageable, but may be red, blue, black. white or silver grey. Our laminates are mostly high Tg Fr4, but we process polyimide, PTFE, and many other types subject to quote.  Circuits are supplied routed as singles or in panels, and we offer scored panels, edge bevelling, and milling.

We assemble and supply components as well.  Submit details of your requirements to us. Email a general description of your pcb and/or the gerber files together with a Bill of Materials if you require assembly as well, and we will be pleased to quote. Send to sales@newburyelectronics.co.uk.

If you require prototype PCBs of a standard specification, say 1.6mm FR4, green solder resist, white legend, single sided conventional, double sided plated through hole (pth), 4 or 6 layer, you should consider using our prototype service, pcbtrain. The service offers prototype printed circuit boards in standard lead-times of 5 & 10 working days without tooling charges. For example 1 piece of a PTH pcb with 2 x green solder resist and 2 x white legend measuring 100mm x 100mm manufactured in 10 working days will cost just £40.00.

If you require assembly of pcbs made on the pcbtrain prototype service, email a bill of materials to us and ask ask us to quote. We can supply most passive components (resistors and capacitors) from our stocks.

LASER CUT SOLDER PASTE STENCIL SERVICE

We manufacture laser cut solder paste stencils. Why not ensure your stencils arrive before your pcbs without paying a premium?  Place one order for both pcbs and stencils. Let us step & repeat your pcb data to create a pcb pallet, and we guarantee that your solder paste stencil will register perfectly.
