Contractors have just started the pour for the ground floor of the new wet-shop and office extension.
The concrete base is heavily reinforced with steel rebar and sits on concrete piles 15 meters deep.
The floor design is quite complex since it incorporates drainage gullies which when completed, will be covered with open mesh GRP grating panels.
Construction is on track with completion planned for mid-June.
