Together with our sister company PCB Train, we provide a leading conformal coating service using the latest 4 axis CNC technology and UV curing to help you extend your PCBs working life. We offer a wide range of environmentally friendly materials to suit every application and ensure it maintains long-term surface insulation resistance (SIR) levels.
Our conformal coating process adheres to strict guidelines, starting with the preparation of PCB assemblies for coating which is paramount. Thus, we pre-treat and clean these prior to masking and coating to exceed the standards of IPC. The same level of rigour is applied to the entire conformal coating process all the way from masking and application to curing and inspection.
