Conformal Coating
Our conformal coating process adheres to strict guidelines, starting with the preparation of PCB assemblies for coating which is paramount.
Laser Cut Solder Paste Stencil
Using precision specialist laser stencil cutting machines from LPKF we manufacture low-cost laser-cut stainless solder paste stencils cut to your data, for use in surface mount assembly.
Laser Micro-machining
We have two in-house laser micro-machining systems; UV and IR. Delivering precision and quality ideal for high tech industry applications.
Box Build
Receive a product ready for field test with our box build service; our team will test your electronic assembly complete with any mechanical assembly work and supply fitted into a clamshell enclosure.
X-Ray Inspection
Where you aren’t able to visually inspect solder joints, our x-ray inspection services are available as part of our standard assembly process but also as a standalone service for clients as required.
Automatic Test Equipment
Utilise our ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) as a means of enhancing product quality. Our facilities include our Takaya APT-9411CE Flying Probe test system for testing populated circuit boards.
