We now have 3 of the Lenz DRB drill and rout machines installed.
These drill holes in PCBs 50% faster than our older machines, and will depth drill down holes as small as 100 micron diameter.
This is a very efficient way to drill blind vias.
Fiducial recognition cameras also ensure superb registration, and integrated panel autoloaders allow large batches to be run uninterrupted.
Both drilling and routing are critical steps in the PCB manufacturing process, and precision and accuracy are essential to ensure the functionality and reliability of the final PCB assembly.
Advanced CNC machines, coupled with sophisticated design software and quality control measures, help achieve high-quality PCBs with complex features and tight tolerances.
