Take a look at our Schunk SAR1300 De-panelling machine.
After years of cropping and cutting, the photos show our Schunk SAR1300 de-panelling machine. A previously much disliked manual task is now automated, with magnetically fixed tooling pins placed automatically. No hard tooling required. Two drawers allow different jobs to be de panelled alternatively. Perfectly removed tabs, no board stress, and a 10 fold improvement in labour productivity. This is a new design of machine , not cheap but excellent.
