Versaflow 455 in-line Selective Soldering system (2x2 Versaflex pots for leaded & LF alloy) We have been running this great machine for a few months now.

We are really seeing the benefits of autoload/unload of PCB assemblies requiring selective soldering of leaded components.

Production flows x 4 faster than achievable on older batch process machines and of course, soldering under a nitrogen shield gives bright dross free solder joints and effortlessly encapsulates exposed copper on cropped wires.

The line has two lead-free solder pots, and two leaded solder pots each of which has independent 3 axis movement.

The machine can be switched between lead-free and leaded solder very quickly allowing us to process both types of solder with equal efficiency and quality.

It is a delight to be able to process sensitive leaded solder work with a state of the art selective solder machine.
