PCB manufacturing equipment
We constantly invest in new equipment and processes so that we can offer both high quality products and reliable service. By using the latest technologies for PCB fabrication, we offer ultra-fast production times as well as fine-line complex PCBs.
Our capital expenditure year by year regularly exceeds 10% of turnover.
In 2020/21 we achieved complete digitalisation of all PCB printing production processes with the installation of two Schmoll MDI digital direct images into photo-mech.
Recently, all drill-routing machines have been replaced with high-speed auto-load depth drill -routing machines capable of drilling holes as small as 100 microns. The water treatment plant has been converted to reverse osmosis. Solder resist coating is completely automated using a DP1500 PRO. Our plant floorspace has doubled with the construction of a new wet shop within which a UCE shadow plus direct metallisation line installed. Alongside that is a new UCE strip-etch-strip line incorporating vacuum and differential etching capability.
