Every certificate is published in full with its number, scope and expiry date.
Assemblies are built to IPC-A-610 Class 2 criteria by IPC-certified staff, with automated optical inspection, X-ray inspection for BGA and bottom-terminated components, and functional testing to your specification. Where a programme requires a higher build class, it must be reviewed and agreed in writing before manufacture.
Newbury Electronics is certified to ISO 27001:2022 under certificate 493672025 and holds Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus. Useful information includes the PCB design data, layer build, materials, finishes, controlled-impedance requirements where applicable, quantities, assembly data and drawings, the applicable build standard, inspection or test requirements, and required delivery dates. This allows the team to assess the appropriate manufacturing route.
Newbury Electronics builds electronic assemblies to IPC-A-610 Class 2 criteria, by IPC-certified staff. Class 1 is guaranteed unless a higher class is agreed in writing before manufacture. The draft post-assembly cleaning reference to IPC J-STD-001, IPC-A-610 and MIL-STD-883 is subject to confirmation.
